By creating a VenueChat account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@lomanginotechnologies.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain ownership of the venue information you enter. By providing it, you grant VenueChat a limited license to store and use it to operate your AI assistant. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

Acceptable use

You may not use VenueChat to provide false or misleading information to prospective customers, violate any applicable law, or attempt to access other customers' data.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

AI-generated responses

The VenueChat chatbot is powered by large language models (LLMs), which are probabilistic and non-deterministic in nature. This means responses may vary across sessions and may not always be fully accurate. LLMs can "hallucinate" - producing plausible-sounding but factually incorrect information, even when the underlying venue data is configured correctly.

VenueChat does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated response. Venue owners are responsible for ensuring their configured information is accurate and up to date. Prospective guests should verify all critical details, including pricing, availability, policies, and event logistics - directly with the venue before making decisions.

VenueChat is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated chatbot responses.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VenueChat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
