What we collect
VenueChat collects the information you provide when you create an account (email address, password) and the venue details you enter during setup (business name, pricing, policies, branding, and contact information). We also collect basic usage data such as chat session counts and timestamps to power the analytics dashboard.
How we use it
Your venue data is used exclusively to train and power your venue's AI assistant. Usage data is used to generate your analytics dashboard and improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Venue records are encrypted at rest. Chat sessions are retained for 90 days to power analytics.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@lomanginotechnologies.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
